About
We keep the registers running so your team doesn't have to.
disclosures.dev connects AI assistants to the official company registers of 18 jurisdictions, so legal and compliance teams can ask about companies in plain language and get answers that cite their source filings.
The two positions
The data is public and the code is open, on purpose. You are not paying for locked-up data — you are paying for it to simply work inside your assistant: credentials to every register managed, fair use enforced against upstream limits, documents delivered, nothing for your team to run or maintain. Technical teams that prefer to self-host can, from the same open-source project (Apache-2.0).
The second position is an honesty contract. Registers differ widely in what they publish openly — Singapore sells officer extracts separately, Hong Kong's beneficial-ownership register requires a manual lookup, Germany publishes no filings feed. Where data is not openly reachable, answers say so explicitly instead of guessing. The full picture, register by register, is on the coverage page.
Who we are
disclosures.dev is operated by Carrotly Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202212557Z), a small Singapore company that builds data infrastructure for AI assistants. We are reachable by a person, not a ticket queue.
